Today I am testing Wild Planet Tuna, salt free. I actually started yesterday, and today so far, have no reaction. If everything goes well, then I will have a new source of protein, which is great for me, since I can't eat red meat anymore.
There's nothing like a steak, salt and pepper and well done, but I swell up when I eat them now. It's probably the stuff the slaughterhouse uses to process it, antibacterial wash or even ammonia... yeeks!
If I could get a safe source, where it's processed with hot water only, I would be so happy, but all these chemicals, mostly derived from some sort of corn, just kill me, slowly, so it's a no-no for me now.
Hopefully the tuna will pass the test.
