Lois, I'm a coward. I haven't tasted it. I made it yesterday, and already it's bubbling and overflowed. I've been assured that fermented veggies are good for healing your insides...I don't think I even remember what it's supposed to taste like. Wanna come over and taste it? :D
It ain't cole slaw! perhaps sour kraut? Tee hee
