George Washington Carver

He was a man of God, and he was also a crocheter and a knitter. I rarely do filet crochet, but have done it, so I can appreciate the work that went into this piece. Although, when you come to think of it, if you're having fun, "it ain't work!"

Temps here have been around 81.. and right now, it's 9 p.m. and down to 78ºF, which is cold for me... hee hee! Sorry for my northern friends who are freezing their toes off. ;)

My Crochet WIP

Crochet Work-in-Progress, that is. It's a shawl, and comes from a Coats and Clark pattern. It's called Be a Friend shawl.

I'm even using the same yarn the pattern calls for, Light Raspberry.
